Introduce a Friend
Have a friend who is looking for an apartment? Refer your home-hunting friends to us and you will be entered into our periodic drawings for exciting prizes. If we rent an apartment or house of 1 million yen or more to one of your referrals you will be an automatic winner.

It is only four simple steps to refer a friend and become eligible when searching for a property yourself.
Steps to Referring a Friend:
  1. Search for an available property in the Property Listings section
  2. Select a property of interest
  3. Click the Send-to-a-Friend link in the top-right of the Property Details pop-up window
  4. Fill-out the form and send.

Please note, if two or more people refer the same person, only the person who first made the referral is eligible for the drawing or prize.
